We are prepared to assist our clients with the preparation or revision of loan documents and commercial paper, closing commercial transactions, assisting in workout transactions, and in litigation. In each of these areas, we offer the kind of economical and result-oriented services that are demanded in today's business environment. Most such services are provided on an hourly fee basis. Some services, such as transactional assistance, may be provided on a fixed fee basis. Collection services may be provided on a contingent fee basis or on an hourly fee basis.
