The Higgs Law Firm has more than two decades of legal experience in counseling business clients. We serve as general, outside counsel to dozens of local, national and international businesses that provide a wide variety of goods and services. Mr. Higgs has served on the boards of directors of several corporations and other organizations, both nonprofit and for-profit. We have extensive experience in legal issues concerning corporate management, finance and personnel.

The firm serves as Registered Agent for dozens of its corporate clients, usually on a fixed fee basis. Our Registered Agent services include serving as Registered Agent for the business entity, coordinating the annual licensing requirements for our business clients, and preparing annual minutes for corporate stockholders' and directors' meetings.  Minutes may also be coordinated and prepared by the firm for special-purpose meetings.

Comparable legal services are also provided for other types of legal entities, including sole proprietorships; general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited-liability partnerships (LLPs); limited liability companies (LLCs); and non-profit organizations.

Most business and commercial representation, except for our Registered Agent services, is handled on an hourly fee basis.
